Frequently asked questions for fleet customers Q: Will I invalidate my manufacturers warranty by using LeMans Motors? A: As long as your vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, your warranty will not be affected. Q: My current service centre has a courtesy shuttle - does yours? A: Yes, we are more than happy to transfer you anywhere within a 5km radius, and we can also arrange collection and delivery. Q: Will I have to organise extra special work i.e. tyres, electrical work or air conditioning after my vehicle has been serviced? At LeMans Motors, we are all about hassle free, one stop maintenance. We can fit accessories, tyres, brakes, exhausts and many other additional repairs generally in a one day visit. Q: What if my vehicle requires warranty repairs? A: Whilst your vehicle is in for service at LeMans, our technicians will carry out a thorough, detailed inspection of your vehicle with an independent written report identifying items required within the warranty period. The vehicle can then be referred to the relevant manufacturer to have these repairs carried out under warranty. Q: My company vehicle is leased. Does this present any problems with servicing? A: No. LeMans Motors carries out servicing and repairs for a lot of the leading leasing companies.
